Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains the local ArnBooks Solo billing policy draft for subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. It should be reviewed with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before public launch approval.
1. Subscription renewal
ArnBooks Solo is sold as a recurring subscription. Monthly plans renew each month at the then-current monthly price. Annual plans renew each year at the then-current annual price. Renewal continues until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel from the billing portal when billing management is available, or by contacting support@arnbooks.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ArnBooks does not cancel your QuickBooks Online account or any third-party service you connected.
3. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, paid Solo features remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless your account is suspended under the Terms. You should export or download any records you need before access ends.
4. Refunds
If checkout succeeds but ArnBooks cannot provision access to the paid workspace, contact support and we will either fix access or unwind the payment. Other refund requests are discretionary and generally limited to 14 days after a charge.
Annual subscriptions are prepaid for the year. Partial refunds for unused annual time are not promised unless required by law or approved by ArnBooks.
5. Failed payments and plan changes
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and ArnBooks may limit paid features until billing is resolved. If prices change, the updated price applies to the next renewal after notice required by the Terms or applicable law.
